In the years 2006 to 2008 the office property Admiralitätstr 58, 2049 Hamburg was completely renovated by full renting in consultation with the tenants.
The building has been adapted to today's requirements regarding insulation, facade and window design. This was only possible by years of working with crafts enterprises and appreciative tenants.
